Personal Training & Consultations

In addition to our group class schedule, we provide a range of specialised programs targeted towards individual wellbeing, performance and progression. These programs are tailored for individual requirements, goal setting and outcomes and are governed by the science behind nutrition and proper movement, whether starting out on your fitness journey or taking the next step. Delivered in small groups (<6) or on an individual basis, these training programs empower our clients to take control of their fitness journey and achieve their goals. Our preparatory consultation services lay the groundwork for establishing individual requirements - optimising nutrition, identifying movement deficiencies and targeting performance and weight objectives.

Our goal is to provide a community-centred training environment, a place where members can meet up with friends, train and have fun, whilst becoming better versions of themselves.

We offer a number of flexible plans including a 30 day rolling membership, family packages, annual contract discounts and a special student rate.
