A Little Bit About Us

Integrity Fitness embodies and represents our core ethos of community, empowerment and longevity.

Our goal is to provide not just a community-centred environment for people to train in but also a hub where they can meet up with friends while becoming better versions of themselves. Through planned, progressive training, we wish to drive positive, meaningful change in people’s long-term physical health. We hope our classes provide not only good training, but equip each individual with the tools to maintain and look after their own health, empowering them to develop the core competencies and confidence to train themselves, and over time building physical fitness into their daily lives.

Leadership Team

Luke Woods

Our team is led by Luke Woods, a former ITF World Champion, qualified personal fitness instructor and BSc(Hons) in Sport & Exercise Science from Dublin City University. A proponent of goal oriented training, Luke takes his clients' through a tailored program of self-discovery centred around proper movement, resistance training and nutrition, to empower them to take individual control of their fitness journey. He's helped hundreds of people achieve their health, performance and weight loss goals before establishing the Integrity Fitness gym space. Integrity is the ethos on which his own training approach has been built and that same ethos drives Integrity Fitness.

Bryan Kavanagh

Working alongside Luke, Bryan has 2 decades of fitness, performance, weight loss and nutritional coaching experience behind him. An ever increasing interest in the field grew to the point where he shifted focus on becoming a Doctor, to instead complete a BSc.(Hons) in Sport Science & Health from Dublin City University and then a further CSCS (Strength and Conditioning Specialist) qualification shortly afterwards. He has trained both national and world champions, helped countless clients achieve their weight, fitness and performance goals, whilst also competed and earning titles at national and world level in 3 different sports.

We offer a number of flexible plans including a 30 day rolling membership, family packages, annual contract discounts and a special student rate.
