Group Classes

Our schedule of classes provide a wide range of options to suit all levels of ability and ambition. From mobility sessions for those clients looking to start their exercise journey, to gym classics and more intensive conditioning programs, you'll find a perfect group class below.


A class specifically designed to prepare your body for training. The main goal is to free up and improve the range of motion in your joints, whilst learning the fundamental movement patterns of exercise. We will also perform low-intensity aerobic style training, teaching you how to control your heart rate during exercise for more efficient recovery.


A fast paced, highly stimulating class covering boxercise, kickboxing aswell as strength training, mobility and energy system conditioning. No previous experience in any of the above is necessary; however this class is not for people who are completely new to fitness.


A full body session, using various types of resistance training including; kettlebells, barbells and bodyweight. Set weekly targets, achieve long term strength goals and build muscle in the process. Our trainers have all been hand selected and will show you everything you need to ensure you are lifting correctly and safely.


A gym classic that has stood the test of time, and rightly so: a no nonsense class that anyone can take part in. Push yourself and others under disco style lights, great tunes and of course our experienced spin instructors.


Pilates is a unique system of stretching and strengthening exercises that work the full body. Pilates has many benefits, it strengthens and tones muscles, improves posture, provides flexibility and balance, unites body and mind and creates a more streamlined shape. It is suitable for all ages and fitness levels.


A full body fitness class using multiple modes of training including HIIT, aerobic training, bodyweight and kettlebell resistance training. This class is carefully designed to increase in intensity over time, getting more demanding as fitness improves. Many people who have tried i-Fitness before said it was just right for them, providing great variation and swift progression.
